I have a MSI Trident 3 10th with an I7-10700F CPU and RTX 3060 GPU which comes with a Chicony 330W AC Adapter with the following voltage ratings:

Output: 19.5V 16.9A (see the attached screenshot for full details)

Is it safe to use the EUROCOM 780W AC Adapter as it has an output of 20.1V (0.6V of difference, around +3% of the original AC Adapter)?

I'm asking to avoid damage to the components. I think a similar situation happens with most laptops that come with the same 330W AC Adapter.

Thanks so very much in advance!!

That 0.6V would be lost in cable resistance so I don't see why you cannot use the adapter.

Thanks so very much for the information. I received the EUROCOM 780W AC Adapter yesterday and tested it and works like a charm.
I'm very happy with this product as I already faced sudden PC power cycles when playing games and with this adapter I confirmed that my PC have a consumption over 330W which it is the capacity of it's original AC Adapter.
