    Hi,
I came here because I don't any solution with this, let say, not so good laptop. I bought this unit refurbished before knowing that this laptop seems to have a lot of problems of latency.

I've tried to use different drivers, playing with settings and even a clean restore. I get a lot of latency in games and videos.

So here's what I've done roughtly:
    - Clean Windows 10 install (did nothing)
    - Updating evey driver to newest version (by the vendor website) (did nothing)
    - Disabling Intel Speed Step or something like that (did help)
    - Switching to dGPU only in nVidia (help to remove the half second freezing)
    - BIOS/Firmware update (did nothing)

If anyone have a solution, it would be very appreciate. If necessairy, I can provide a LatencyMon report.
    Thanks

How about BIOS & EC update? Have you done that?

It's a good question to which I'll answer: yes. I did it without any sort of changes. I'll update my first post to mention.

    Thanks

Check your memory with memtest and run crystaldiskinfo..

Being a refurb there might be some underlying problem with it..
