Easiest way to make a Windows 10 installer USB out of an ISO?

    I need to reformat, so I need to create an installer USB.

    download Rufus,
    Select UEFI or Legacy
    NTFS file system
    then select the iso disk.

    If you have an UEFI system. then simply download windows media tool and let it do the work for you.
