So after the whole story with LTT where they couldn't repair the Imac because they didn't have one to do it... Now they got some "professional" support going on.

Actually, it's hard to understand why this is such a surprise. The Apple genius's needed to use a screwdriver instead of a keyboard, so that is where it all broke down.

Why after the first screw broke didn't someone buy new screws that wouldn't break?

I haven't watched the whole Louis Rossmann response, as I had watched the original video:

That problem is too simple and too boring to watch the followup.

Don't use the provided screws; Buy new screws. Problem solved. :)

Hmm i think its a little bit more complicated than that. The bracket is putting some tension on the screws from the sides. The screws are a bit softer than the aluminum frame simply because of the screws are too hard they would ruin the soft aluminum threads.

Thats also the reason why they use so many screws.

Torque wrenches exist for a reason, and there are torque specs for those screws, somebody screwed up..

I finally got a replacement for my faulty iMac Pro from the Genius Bar. I'm still mad.
