There are so many Lenovo services and other crap that are activated to run at startup. I would like to know if I can disable some of them. Can I safely disable the below services?

    Lenovo Intelligent Thermal Solution Service
    Lenovo Platform Service
    Lenovo PM Service
    SynTPEnh Caller Service
Intel(R) Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework service

You can skip SynTP and DPTF because they are needed. You can however put DPTF service to manual and disable Lenovo Intelligent Thermal solution,Platform service and PM to manual or disabled.

Aren't those other services part of the Lenovo battery management? They help with the battery in your laptop and are needed to help maximize the battery lifespan, right? The battery would drain much faster if these services are disabled. I have always seen people say to not disable them but there are just too many services running in the background.

SynTP is Synaptics Touchpad driver service and DPTF is intel's tool for controlling TDP,Performance and acoustics. Well, if you are not using Lenovo settings or Vantage SW you can uninstall it. I recommend using ThrottleStop for getting max performance and double your double battery life. Thinkpads are so good and have good battery runtime.
