    Is this feature actually used by any Haswell notebooks at this point. As far as I can tell it saves around .05-.1W depending on the drive. This is insignificant even in very efficient notebooks. The only application I can tell for this is some active standby mode like phones operate in when the screen is off. However, no Haswell notebooks I'm aware off have any such modes. Is there anything else I'm missing about it?
