So like many of other XPS 9570 owner, I purchased Intel 9260 mPCIE wifi card to replace the default Killer wifi. When lifting the main connector, I was not pulling it straight up and the PCB connector snapped and stuck in the cap.

Luckily I have access to a microscope. With some effort I was able to take the piece out without causing too much damage to the pigtail. Now everything is back and seems to be functional.

Lesson learned: swapping wifi card involves some risk factor. I probably would not do that if given another change.

Hey Coldfire1, I am currently also experiencing this exact same issue with my 9570 - what tool(s) did you use to “dig” the piece of the PCB connector out of the wifi pigtail? Thanks

Utility knife and fine tweezers. Magnifier is a must. A good stereo microscope is even better.
