When i play songs at a quite high volume the subwoofer makes a distorted rumble sound. To test at what frequency it does this at is is around 150-250Hz. When i played a 200Hz tone on audacity the distorted rumble sounded even worse. Is this normal or is anyone else experiecing these problems?

PS. Try downloading Audacity and playing a 200Hz tone at a high volume

Perhaps it's just the nature of the size of the subwoofer. That's a pretty low frequency to expect accurate fidelity from a 2" driver. A driver that size would normally be in tweeter territory.
