I decided to buy a new mobo from eBay because I can't wait that long for my friend (I'm writing my thesis, and I have deadlines).
Is there a possibility that my charger is faulty and was giving too much voltage?

No, power FETs have a rating up to 30V typically, and capacitors 25V. There's no way the voltage got that high.

    Thanks King_Khan.
I dropped the idea to fix the motherboard because the explosion might have burned some lanes that are inside the mobo.
I do have bought a refurbished mobo on ebay, but I couldn't get it out from CPU failuer LED blinking. (Tried many things)
In the end I decided to just buy a new laptop, so I have a proper warranty this time
