Hey Guys, I just bought this laptop for my mother last week during the refurb sale, and the laptop looks great, but I have one HUGE problem.

It will not connect to the wifi at my mother's house (Verizon Fios router). No other devices have a problem connecting including my ipad, iphone and other laptops.

It keeps saying "connecting" and the connects for a second then immediately drops and goes back to connecting.

I tried updating the drivers to the newest ones on Dell's website and still the same problem persists. Is there any fix for this? She loves this laptop, but if the internet wont work, itll have to go back.

    Hi Asdad123,

My name is Rathish and I am working with Dell Social Media Team. I got to know from your post that
your computer`s wireless signal drops and doesn’t connect .
You have already updated the wireless driver and that did not help.
Please click on the link below and update the latest bios.

Drivers and Downloads | Dell [United States]

Enter the service tag number of the computer and choose the Operating system which you are using.
Please update the latest Bios version available.
Please go to control panel in control panel please go to power option advance and maximize the performance of wireless card both on battery and adapter.
If you have no data on the computer you can reinstall windows again .
If Still problem persist it definitely is an issue with the wireless card.

I request you to please revert us if any further issues.

    Thanks & Regards
