I have some questions how it is working at the end of my post.

Has anyone here yet tried it yet? It's an upgrade from Dell Command Power Manager 2.2.1

It is a three part installation. - Uninstall old 2.2 version - Install the Dell Command Power Manager 3.0.0 service software. - Install the application/UI of the same name from the Microsoft Store. That's the strange part to me where I have to go to Microsoft Store. The description says it is only for Win10 64bit OS.

2.2.1 was launchable option if I right click battery indicator in my system tray. Version 3.0.0 doesn't launch that way. Not a big deal though as I don't visit the UI very often.

With 3.0.0 if I look under windows services, Dell power manager services are not running automatically by default after a reboot, these services are only running manually if I launch Dell power manager UI. Does this mean that at startup the thermal fan speed, battery, power settings of Dell Power Manager UI are not enabled or seen by my system until I manually launch the program?

    Hope I'm making sense. Thanks

Here is the program I'm talking about. It is fairly new
    Capture.PNG

I went back to version 2.2.1 to see if the windows services there are also manual or automatic. Turns out that the older 2.2.1 is also manual at bootup, so now that I know this is normal I'm re-installing 3.0.0. It is kindof unusual though that Dell is now working with Microsoft Store for some program installations.

Here is the bit you have to install from Microsoft Store after installing the above Dell services:
    Capture2.PNG Capture3.PNG

It is interesting that the MS Store shows date of June 2017 for it's 3.0.0 download, but Dell didn't put their Power Manager 3.0.0 service download out until a week or two ago.
