so i've used throttlestop for about half a year but 1 issue that appeared never really got away
whenever i'm gaming and the gpu is higher than 85c (i think) for a extended period it'll throttle the
cpu to 300mhz till i shut the program down and wait 5 to 10 minutes
    also the other issue is
the cpu is underclocked and undervolted right now yet it current throttles
    https://imgur.com/wWcpreh
it also flickers some of the ring tab parts too
i havent been able to throttle it to 300 mhz yet as this is a clean windows install
i've searched all over google and havent really found out wich reason is for what exactly
also downclocking from 3.8 ghz to 3.5 with -50mv on core cache and gpu caused higher cpu scores than stock so i'm quite sure i can top that with some help
here are my specs as following
    core i7 4800mq
    16 gigs of ddr3 ram
    1tb of dual ssd storage
    and some radeon gpu

    thank you in advance

If you are using ThrottleStop why not post some pictures of how you have the program setup? There is a huge thread dedicated to ThrottleStop on Notebook Review. Post your ThrottleStop related questions there. The link is in my signature.

The slowest a 4800MQ can run at is ~ 798 MHz (8.00 X 99.77 MHz). If software is showing you 300 MHz, that means your CPU is using either Clock Modulation or Chipset Clock Modulation throttling. Both of these are reported by ThrottleStop in the monitoring table on the main screen. If you have this problem, put a check mark in either the Clock Modulation or Chipset Modulation box and force this to 100.0% so your CPU can run at its full rated speed. Many Dell Latitude laptops had a bad habit of using these severe throttling methods indiscriminately. Also make sure that BD PROCHOT is not checked.

Before making any changes, turn on the ThrottleStop Log File option. This will track what throttling method is being used. Copy and paste your log file data somewhere convenient like www.pastebin.com or attach a log to your next post. Do this in the ThrottleStop thread and other users or myself will help you out.
