I had things like that happen to me in the past, simply cleaning the touchpad fixed it, SPECIALLY cleaning the edges, with a fine soft brush.

    Hello,
I have an Inspiron 7520SE. I am experiencing overheating issues. Even when the processor is at its all time low 1.2 GHz speed with hardly any load the cpu temp is averaging at 65-67 that too with a cooling pad rocking at full speed. I have windows 8 pro 64 bit and windows technical preview (dual boot) installed on this pc. What could be the problem and how should i rectify it?
    ThankYou

A late reply but maybe there is dust build up in the fan area?
How long have you had the issue and where are you from?

Now for the reason I'm here:
I want to wipe the data from the laptop then factory reset it and was wondering what the best way of doing that would be.
I was thinking of using the 'Reset your PC' feature and selecting the option to fully clean the drive. Is this good enough?

    Hi Sarky,

I really hope I can contact you in this way. (I couldn't PM or contact you in any other way)

I want to replace my screen too, however..after some research I could only find a vendor on ebay which sells the screen.
But here is the problem, he ONLY sells the screen and not the FHD cable.

I would really like to know where you bought your cable? You are from the UK and I am from the Netherlands, so that shouldn't be a problem.

I really hope you will read this on time, since this a christmas present for me.

p.s. THIS is the screen I wanted to buy.

    Thank you!
