Is there a specific generation of those product SKU's they are looking at or just across the board?

Since this is the question they are asking, I would take it to mean any G3/G5 owner.

Not only the Cpu cook/boil into the chassis. Even the storage drives frying in a fast pace in the hot environment. I expect Dell know how bad the product is and have full work replace parts as they being reported by the users within the obligatory warranty. Backup backup backup. Never have backups been so important before bro @tilleroftheearth:)
