    I think that Mobile PGA cpus were great:D
    I had an old acer with a slow dualcore i3 and I easily replaced that with a 4-core i7. :newpalm:

    I used to have the Asus K53, the processor is now running in my m4600 almost 5-6 years later

    I have the Sager NP9280 (Clevo D900F). Whats the highest processor I can go to on the LGA-1366 Socket? I hear the Xeon 6900 but would it be worth it because I'm running the Core I7 @3.33ghz?

    I believe Fujitsu T901 (Sandy Bridge) and T734 (Haswell) deserve a honorable mention as the only not-too-old convertibles with upgradeable CPU (& also eGPU support via Expresscard).
