I have a Compaq 1175US with 64 meg shared video. My question: is there any way to add a video card and if not, would upgrading the memory to 768 or 1 gig help when burning DVD's? Other than the slower performance in this area I really like this laptop. I bought it because it was at my price point with most of the features I wanted. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
    Thanks in advance

Unfortunatly there is no way to replace the video card. It is intergrated into your laptop. Upgrading RAM is always a great thing if you afford it. In the mean time you can increase the effectivness of the DVD process by closing any un-needed programs while you are buring the dvd. Also I would avoid using the laptop while it is in the burning process. I hope this helps.
