    Hi,

I've installed the latest BIOS (1.05.13) and EC (1.05.08) updates for my Clevo W650KJ1 (i5 7500 + GTX 1050), along with Intel ME update provided by Prema (11.8.50.3470 H). I've also installed CCC 5.0001.1.76 on Windows 10 x64 build 17134.81. Intel HD drivers version 3.20.16.4849, Nvidia drivers version 24.21.13.9764.

Since the latest BIOS update (I think), performance setting is missing in "System program" tab (to switch between balanced, high or eco modes). I can only change brightness, fan speed or enable/disable sleep button.

Everything seems to work normally but I suspect something is not communicating with their latest BIOS.

Any idea ? Did Clevo released a new version of CCC ? I can't find a newer version on their website.

Note : I've already uninstalled and reinstalled CCC.

Windows patch I think, if you go into the menus you can find the other plans and bring them back into the main list.

The issue now is that the CPU stays at 3,41 ghz even on battery mode, even on the lowest modes.
In advanced power settings in Windows CPU is set to 0% minimum, but it doesn't help.

Note 1 : CPU speedstep is working fine without CCC .76.
Note 2 : With CCC .73 (downloadable on Clevo website), CPU frequency is not locked either, but "System program" doesn't have the performance setting.
Note 3 : CCC v2.0 is not working on this Clevo. It throws a .NET exception when launching.

of course CCC v2.0 is not compatible with W650... Series.. and is also not compatible with P751TM P775TM and P870TM :)

we have used on this model CCC.81 for non-gaming laptop and works perfectly.

Do you have a direct link to .81 to give it a try ? Or point me to the right package because the one for w650 on your website only contains v43 or v48 if I remember

    Edit : found it ! :)

What are the differences between CCC for gaming & non-gaming laptops?

Just some of the options you might see for tweaking but a lot of them are universal like power modes.
