    Thanks for your advice
So you mean the chip needs to be replaced(involve desoldering)?
I mean I don't see any issues like connecting the chip with the programmer and writing the BIOSes...

Normally you don't need to immediately flash the BIOS. Most of the time its fine to have the latest EC + older BIOS, but it's never ok to have the latest BIOS + older EC.

    It's for the Intel ME.
Both match the original binaries perfectly, so your in-situ programming worked fine at least. Desoldering first will not make a difference then and neither will changing the sequence of the updates.

There are a few things you can try:
    1. CMOS battery reset.
    2. Boot without any peripherals.
    3. Use the programmer again, but this time with the bios and ec version you had running prior to the bodged update.
The 6MB binaries that are provided are me+ec+bios and the 4MB's are ec+bios. If you use the 6MB to flash the 2MB/U38 then the programmer will complain 'eeprom too small' or somesuch, but if you proceed anyway then it'll happily write the first 2MB and this is exactly the part you need for this chip. The 4MB/U37 can be flashed with the 4MB binary as is.

Hey! I was wondering if anyone can help me?

I went into my BIOS and reset the settings to default, and now the computer won't boot. I've removed the battery, CMOS battery (and waited 30 minutes), unplugged it, tried FN+D, FN+C. Are there any other methods or a better way to reset the BIOS? Is it possible to force a BIOS update from USB? Honestly, I don't know what's wrong and I'm grasping at straws.

When I press the power button, it cycles through all the colours on the keyboard, rests on blue for a while, then shuts down, then starts back up. This process just keeps repeating itself. By the way, it's brand new- only had it for a week, and have made no modifications. Just playin' games. The LEDs still work. Fans still work. Screen stays blank the entire time. It could be on but I can't tell (OLED).

Also, for the life of me I cannot find the BIOS to download for my notebook. Anyone have a link? I have contacted Sager about it as well.

    Thank you!

Have you tried running on one memory stick?

BIOS updates are provided by support on request through the web form.
