I can make my engine do whatever I want it to do. While not optimal for turbos currently, my engine was built to be modular as far as upgrades, and can handle high combustion ratios. If I did decide to go the turbo route, I would swap my pistons out with low dished ones for a N/A ratio of 6.5:1, and probably swap my cam out with something that keeps the exhaust open longer.

I'll build it to be how I want it, and it'll work. You can trust me, I built engines for a living for four years (I'm not just a guy that bolted on a few things and called myself an expert in other words). I did so much custom work to my heads, that they'll support gasoline, ethanol, methanol, hydrogen, and many other spark combustible fuels, just so in the future, I wouldn't have to rebuild/rework them.

I'd guess that after the twin turbos, they'd be about neck and neck. You've got more off the line torque, where mine picks up in the middle. I might make up for it a bit with extra displacement (8.3l), but who knows. A good race would be fun though :D

My target idea for turbos was to make a controller that would interact with my EFI computer and a fuel composition sensor, so the more ethanol it registered in the fuel, the higher boost it would close the wastegate on the turbos until a higher pressure was obtained (Ie; 85% ethanol would give me a 14:1 compression ratio, 10% would give me 8:1). The ability to do it is all there, I just need turbos.

Smart move if you ask me. Not everyone has tons of money to deal with. My grandpa said: "Think triple, before you act". It's not universal formula (in tricky situations it doesn't cut-in :) ), but here it's just OK. In order to loose some heat you just lifted the hood a bit, which saved you from spending a pile of hard earned money.
