Hey guys, first post and I need some help. It just needs to have quick feet and a decent video card. I'm not sure if photoshop benefits from a faster processor or more ram. Hopefully there's one out there for me...

    thanks
    -Rob

As far as I know, Photoshop indeed benefits from stronger processor and more RAM memory, more than from stronger graphics.

I'm not sure that you will be able to find something with good graphics into your budget range, unless you are willing to consider refurbished laptops. However, I would suggest HP dv5t and Lenovo R61.
