    HI.

I have HP Probook 4530s with Intel HD 3000 + Radeon HD 6490M switchable GPU.
So I wanted to get some more juice from this Radeon by overclocking it...
Any way I found how to overclock it using Rivatuner...
But I would like to know is there any way to write these new clocks in BIOS so it would not need the Rivatuner anymore?

    Thanx

Latest HP Insyde BIOS detects mods and will flash back the previous bios. So no can do. If you want more performance consider a ~$200 GTX460-768MB DIY eGPU via the 4530s' expresscard slot.

Which BIOS? If it can't find the HP_Tools partition then it can't write back. Just rename HP_Tools and you're good to go. At least that's what we've been doing with the AMD ones.

edit: oh nevermind, that's a Probook... no idea
