Hi all, I own a m34 with Linux Puppy Precise. I found out of this operating system from here:http://toughbooktalk.com/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=1843. I did in fact like it so I have a wireless card although I do know that it doesn’t work. I did know from a 2000 Mint dual boot from another unit did work but not on mint. Maybe I need to use wine to get it running up. If it has it. Maybe fedora will work? I do know that this is not seeing a Windows OS. This will be a Linux.

Have you tried ndiswrapper? it is a Windows compatibility layer for wireless connections (usually network) and you use the Windows driver with it. I used it on an old laptop years ago with Ubuntu from Ubuntu 7.04 right through to Ubuntu 10.10.
