Look in the bios and make sure it's set to AHCI, you might also need to disable safeboot and uefi, set it to legacy.

    Ok not getting anywhere....

    Dumb question...

Do I need to format drive first?

Is it having a problem cause its a down grade from 10?

Manually down load all drivers into a usb?

    Thanks~

I have had issues (not with a dock) where the side USB ports needed drivers before they would work. Switching to the back USB 2.0 and driver bundle installed fine. Of course this was on a CF-31. After install of the driver bundle the USB 3.0 fired up and worked with no restart.

What I can think of is to eliminate the dock until driver bundle installs. Possibly source a driver for the dock and install it from a USB stick.
