    Good morning. I have a CF-31W which I believe is a Mark 4?
I have an issue when using Windows 10 64bit with the touchpad.

When I tap-to-drag on the touchpad, then drag (a scrollbar for instance) and release my finger it still stays in drag mode for a couple of seconds. So typically I end up scrolling past where I want to be.

I'm using the standard windows driver as I haven't found one on the Panasonic website that works. I tried the Interlink Versapad driver for 64 bit Windows 8 which installs but when I attempt to enable it I get an error 'Invalid Driver Hardware' with '2' in the dialog box.

Any ideas how I might fix this annoying problem?

    Regards, Mark M0NOM.

Have you gone in and fiddled with the mouse controls in Control Panel / Mouse?

Yeah, I tried having a play but nothing is obvious. At the moment it is just using the standard Microsoft PS2 mouse driver.

I have a 31 mk4, and though I rarely use the tap-drag, when I do, I've always tapped once at the end of the drag to stop the drag mode. I just tried it and it works okay. To be honest, though, I've always found depressing the left click while dragging to be easier and less likely to present problems.

Thanks for the suggestion. I was sure it didn't used to do this but I could be mistaken. I will try what you suggest thanks again
