I just recieved a CF-30CCSLZBM and so far everything is working properly. However, there is no software to run the fingerprint reader. I am not sure that I would want to use it but it would be nice to know that it worked. i thought they originally came with Protector Suite, but AuthenTec is no longer selling or supporting it.
If you have one, what software are you running with it? Or do you have any suggestions for testing purposes?

What do you use your BT for? I got 1 and not sure what to do with it.

Thanks for any help. I hope I don't run a fowl of any software discussion rules.

For most stuff I never use Bluetooth. I usually turn it off so it won't waste my battery.

Downloaded mine from Panasonic USA just go to the website and enter your model and MK# and look under security. Protector suite QL comes with the driver package.

Something to remember about Protector suite QL 2009 is its not made for W7 and you need to upgrade / update it which now is hard to do since they are closed down,,,the 2010 / 2011 works fine

Not true. 2009 works just fine with win 7. I had it on my C1 with win 7 :) (and my CF-31 too for that matter)
