CF-19 wwan switch settings

    Hi, I have just pulled a EU860D wwan card from a MK2, it was working and was shown in the bios, Ive just stuck it in a Mk3, anyone know what the switch setting are, ive tried a few but cant get it to show in the bios

    It's not a switch problem I guess.

    Probably that the EU860D wasn't available in a Mk3. Panasonic switched to the Gobi2000, IIRC, on the Mk3. There is a diagram of switch positions on the board with the switches. Try those three combinations. If none work you're out of luck, IMO.:(

    I removed it, re-installed it, set the switches to wwan 1 and its now showing in the bios, maybe it wasnt seated properly, Ive now just got to find some drivers for it

    had u pulled the battery out and removed the power plug?

    Hi All, My Mk3 is nearly ready for work, I 1st loaded XP on it and gave it a try I have now loaded Win 7 on it (only 32-bit) all is working appart from the HDPDA modem, its listed in the device manager

    but I dont have any software, when I try and load Mobilink2.2.30.zip or Mobilink_v2.02.40.017.zip from this site:
    Panasonic Mobile Computer Wireless Carrier Software
    the install gets to about 75% and then rolls back then I get this message:

    Any idea's as what to try next ?
