CF-19 Mk7 iGPU Turbo question

    Those with Ivy Bridge CF-19's, care to do a small experiment? Download GPU-Z, run it's render test and tell me what clocks you get. My 19 Mk7 doesn't seem to boost to 1300 MHz somehow.

    Passive cooling be damned I want my CF-19's iGPU to run at 1.3 GHz!

    i5-3340M Graphics Max Dynamic Frequency 1.25 GHz
    Graphics Max Dynamic Frequency refers to the graphics render clock frequency (in MHz) that can be supported using Intel® HD Graphics with Dynamic Frequency feature. The Graphics Max Dynamic Frequency is managed by the system BIOS and depends on how much is detected as needed and depends on the power headroom left.

    And of course if you want any speed from Intel Graphics, your minimum CPU is 10th gen with Iris...
