dellboykev, I have my bios file saved but don't know how I can upload it on here.
You are more than welcome to it if you give me an email to attach it to.
By the way did you send yours to Grains bios repair,if so how much did it cost to get the chip changed and is it a brick at the moment.

Sound more like a driver problem than bios, what operating system are you running?

Nope , not a driver problem. Panasonic is known for having custom bios and this is what happens

As toughasnails said its not a driver problem the bios is locked.
I have both xp and vista panasonic restore discs and it is still the same.
I have sorted mine though, got myself another damaged mk3 unit of ebay that has no bios passwords. The screen was missing but booted it up with a restore disc and all worked ok so swapped the motherboard into mine and now have a mk3 dual touch with everything enabled and only showing 50 hours, also a pile of bits left over for the next one.

For all of you looking for the solution. Look on ebay! there is a guy there selling bios chip for CF-19MK3, preprogram already.

Saw these chips on Ebay recently. Would buy one for my old motherboard if it was compatible as they are listed for a touchscreen model because of the H in the model code.
Does anyone know if the bios will be the same for dual touch and touch
