    My 19mk4 AC adapter 3.75A 16V CF-AA6373A (M1) - different revision.
the blue tab 48U and yellow tab 58U are the same as stated above.

Your AC adapter is the one your unit had when it left the factory, where as mine were bought (as replacements?).

    From the CF-19MK4 Operating Manual:

AC adapter: CF-AA6373A with Note#1, which states 'When a replacement is necessary, purchase the commercially available CF-AA1633A AC adapter.'

    excerpt from thread

    My 2x4GB is finally here
    Elpida 4GB 2Rx8 PC2-6400S-666
I've already installed one of them, so now I have 2GB + 4GB and it works fine under 64-bit OS.
Will upgrade internal 2GB to second 4GB module soon, but it seems, while 4GB is not enough, 6GB is.enough.

Probably would be better to start a new thread.

Sim cards need to be inserted and removed when unit is powered down.

No idea about Russian sim cards.

Just to clarify....This is the restore / recovery disk we mean...This maybe for a different model / mark, but Panasonic recovery disks only look like this.

We don't mean a OEM disk from DELL, SONY, MICROSOFT, APPLE....etc..
