I am going to purchase 1 of these oils for my car tomorrow but i don't know what is better. Both are semi-synthetic, 10W-40 and around the same price. My car is a 1998 Toyota Camry V6

Go full synthetic and don't neglect your engine.

Can't use full synthetic because when i bought the car the previous owner didn't take care of it and there's too much sludge in it. Full synthetic would probably do more harm than good.

Anyway i went with Magnatec so i will see how that goes and will try Super 2000 the next time a replace my oil. Turns out the previous owner used mineral oil and didn't change it for 3 years and 35000km.

False. Full synthetic will help your engine. Many synthetics are compatible with mineral oils so they won't conflict and blow your engine (Castrol Syntec is one such synthetic). Why don't you go read up on oils.

One brand of synthetic oil is comparable to another brand of synthetic oil. One brand of "real" oil is comparable to another brand of "real" oil.
