    Hey, my laptop is NP300V5A-S04PL

Whenver I restart laptop (restart or cold start after removing battery) I get no postscreen but Windows kick almost instantently. Pressing F2 or any other key won't work.

Also I cannot install anything via SW Update - I have screen where I choose model name, but never possibiity to install it VIA application. I can do it only manually via downloaded files.
    What is wrong?

I'm away from my laptop now, but check the Samsung Forum Sticky List on top of the Samsung Forum. Under Bricking, there is a link called "F-keys don't work to enter BIOS" (or something like that). Study that thread, there is a summary in post #7.

The fact that you can boot Windows is a huge advantage. You need to either update to latest BIOS version OR download and extract the BIOS flashing tool and run it with the parameters described in that link. Either way will clear your NVRAM and (usually) solve the problem.

Edit: Also check Samsung threads from the last few weeks, we've had several other cases recently. You can track my posts to find them, as I've responded to most of them.
