Cannot increase Active Core of 9900K to 4.9 or 5.0GHz in all cores

    you're absolutely right. I removed my ccc then increase core active in bios. Final my 9900k can be overclocked at 4.9 and 5.0 easily. Thank you so much

    I found a main problem. I setup ccc again and updated a new version of TPU. Now I can overlock to 5.0 in all core :)

    Yeah those bios ratios list the max speed thr bios will allow. Now all that's left is to tune it properly ;)
