Buying a gaming laptop in India for a strict budget of 1.3 lakhs

    INR 1,30,000 (1.3 lakh Indian rupees) is the absolute max I can stretch to.

    2) What size notebook would you prefer?

    Either of these are fine:
    Mainstream; 15" - 16" screen
    Desktop Replacement; 17"+ screen

    3) Which country will you buying this notebook?

    India

    4) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?

    5) Would you consider laptops that are refurbished/redistribute? No

    6) What are the primary tasks will you be performing with this notebook?

    Gaming, heavy web browsing, photo editing/graphic design (Adobe PS, Corel Draw)

    7) Will you be taking the notebook with you to different places, leaving it on your desk or both?

    Both

    8) Will you be playing games on your notebook? (If so, please state which games or types of games?)

    Games like Battlefield 2042, CoD Vanguard, CoD Black Ops Cold War, CoD Modern Warfare, CoD WW2, Forza Motorsports, Project Cars, Supreme Commander, Age of Empires, FIFA, etc.

    3+ hours

    10) Would you prefer to see the notebooks you're considering before purchasing it or buying a notebook on-line without seeing it is OK?

    Buying online is fine

    Windows 10, upgradable to Windows 11

    1080p (preferably) or 1440p (acceptable if necessary)

    Preferably Matte

    Looks and stylishness not very important, but decent build quality is a must.

    Next 2 weeks

    2 years

    18) How long could you afford to do without your laptop if it were to fail?

    INR 1,30,000 is 450'ish USD ?

    I'm confused and don't know where to go with this.
    Can you confirm which is correct ?

    I'd suggest Lenovo legion 5 but its near border with your budget. If you live in higher ambient temp region like I do then that vapor chamber will really help.
