    Looking for something lightweight and durable i will take it with me most days for business. I used to follow this back when I gamed a lot but been years I don't know whats out there. Whats the best bang for the buck

    General Questions

    1) What is your budget?
    $2k USD

    2) What size notebook would you prefer?
    a. Ultraportable; 10" - 12" screen
    c. Thin and Light; 13" - 14" screen


    3) Which country will you buying this notebook?
    USA

    4) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
    Not really

    5) Would you consider laptops that are refurbished/redistributed?
    Yes, had a few refurbished from dell and they are fine.

    6) What are the primary tasks will you be performing with this notebook?
    My office is a virtual office, I must go in for meetings and classes..into a video game like environment which isn't super high graphics but there are 1000 people/avatars in an auditorium at times so it needs power to handle that.
    On the go signature/stylus is high on the list, showing clients presentations or pictures, scanning would be nice.



    7) Will you be taking the notebook with you to different places, leaving it on your desk or both?

    Not on this one

    Doesn't matter charges in car

    Online is fine

    Prefer matte but not a deal breaker

    i have a backup

    19) Would you be willing to pay significantly extra for on-site warranty, or would it be acceptable to you to have to ship the laptop to the vendor for repair with perhaps a week or more outage?

    Perhaps the ThinkPad T490s with FHD anti-glare touch screen is worth a look.
