    The Dell Latitude 7480 is my recommendation. It's a sturdy business-class machine with great quality.
    The Toshiba Portege X30 is an alternative.
    Both of them meet your battery life requirements.

    Since you've got a healthy budget, the ThinkPad X1 carbon is the best business portable at the moment in my opinion.
