So I have a np9873s and today I noticed the power bricks were going out so upon inspection I noticed that the plastic surrounding the dc in had cracked/broken on the bottom. I guess one day my irobot pulled down on it and cracked it. Anyways is there a way for me to fix or somewhere to send it to get fixed? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You need to inspect the motherboard PCB and see if it is damaged. If it is then you need a replacement board.

Local places usually don't service Clevo/Sager, best to send it directly to them. If it pulled hard enough to crack the plastic, I'd guess it pulled hard enough to at least break where it's soldered to the board, if not the board itself. Neither is really a DIY solution for most end users.

If only that plastic collar is damaged, you might get away with a DC jack repair/replacement, though they're difficult to source on your own.

Check with your seller, maybe provide a picture or two. They should be able to advise even if it's OoW.
