A few reports came in over the last few months, about a repair service that was keeping people's parts and not returning them and just plain ignoring people once they sent things in.

I decided to attempt thier service and sent in legit hardware that could be repaired, easily. In this case some DELL hardware. Much to my surprise, the rumours turned out to be true, they have ignored phone calls, ignored emails, ignored ebay and now even paypal.

I have decided to get an affidavit save it for court and am going to the RCMP to help me press charges on the company. I recommend you guys stay away too.

here is thier name on ebay and thier email address :
    • WPBComputerTECH
    • jwhite2850@bellsouth.net
because they cater largely to Apple and HP and like companies, I thought to make this warning here, in an attempt for people to arm themselves by being suspect if not very cautious in dealing with them, if ever.
I am not guaranteeing your experience will be mine, however I am just passing on my experience and leaving the names that initially reported issues with them also, out of it.

From what I gathered on ebay, they looked legit, even thier site. I was almost sure it was just a bad case of no communication, but after 30 days and attempting to contact them everyday without any luck, I tried to use a new account to see if they were getting my messages, and they replied asap. Soon as I revealed myself, I stopped getting a reply.

This is funny business I said to myself, so I gave it time and benifit of doubt, but it's been 4 weeks now, so time to make a change for the better. These are the exact type of business I've been trying to put out of business for the last few years. They sell refurbished/repaired products and take advantage of people in poor positions to challenge them.

anyone who might know me, or what I do, knows what I am talking about. Feel free to add your own personal experience, maybe a few amongst us remained quiet like i almost did, giving them more benifit then they deserved, or mayhaps there is critical error in the procedures I've gone through to get thier attention and a reply.

Did you ever get anywhere with this? I had a similar experience and I'm surprised eBay lets him get away with it. I am looking into a mail fraud complaint if I can't get any resolution. Thanks for posting.

yeah I never got anywhere with it, but at least I officially warned people. I would stay away from them, I issued this warning, thinking it through, and not just trolling you know, to help people from making the same mistake I once did.
