My teenage son has a habit of falling asleep with earbuds in, listening to music on his iPhone. I'd like to get him something wireless instead of wired earbuds, but I think that AirPods will get lost in his bed within a week. Comfort is a priority, as is a design that's less likely to be lost than AirPods.

I'm willing to pay for something that quality, at least if we're taking $150 instead of $500.

    Any ideas?

i was thinking, headphone like over the ear are almost impossible to sleep with he might need truely wireless buds even though they run the chance at being misplaced or lost

Any chance he can use a bluetooth speaker and just output to that?

Changes the sound profile a bit of course but better than looking for earbuds on the daily

What about PowerBeats Pro? Wireless earbuds but with a soft hook that goes behind the ear. Anyone have them and have any thoughts?

I had a pair of them, and they were terrible. The sound was fantastic, but ONLY when I held them into my ears. They would be very loose and all of the included cups didn't fit me well. They never really worked for me though, if they do fit well on your son, they would be great earbuds.
