I am starting a youtube channel that I am going to express my personal opinion and
I am NOT going to make any money through that, and I don't even study about youtube income.
As a result, cost is important, I would like to know what kind of device is good for
recording voice for youtube video? I am only going to record voice, not going to make video recording
    anything good on Amazon?

Well first off are you going to be siting infront of the computer doing this or on the move as you record.

If you're just recording voice, any computer can handle that. So pick your computer based on other specs for the price (screen size, weight, storage space, etc).

I am just sitting in front of computer and recording ONLY voice, mainly talking, NOT singing or anything.

Try the internal mic first, if it is good enough.

I'd say any (gaming) decent headset would do. As a bonus you can use it to listen afterwards if the recording was successful and whatever else, music and games..
