M34 Mk7 with a rebuilt battery from BatteryRefill, HWiNFO says it's got 20% wear and yet it shuts down after nearly a hour with the red battery light coming on, even with the CPU having a hefty undervolt.

How do I recalibrate the battery on this thing?

CF-M34 Mk7: In BIOS setting, Exit tab, at the bottom you should see Refresh Battery. I believe it reboots after that and runs the recal.

In my experience the CF-M34's don't have a long battery life, only 2x3 AA cells, so unless the refurb battery is using Panasonic cells (very high quality) that may be about what you can expect.

From what I know, Battery recal just sets the OS battery meter to match the actual battery usage.
Either find a 3rd party util or try a battery recal util for xp from a different model Toughbook.

Seems to have worked, I got a Refresh Battery option in the BIOS.

Your link and then going into the BIOS after installing the brecal software.

EDIT: Battery's effed, it still only lasts for about an hour.
