    I work as a photographer.
I needed a workstation for when I travel around in my campervan.
So a few days ago, I bought a 15" Zbook with a Dreamcolor screen.
The rest of the specs is:
    - i7-4800MQ
    -Quadro K2100M

My disappointment was great when I saw that the Zbook exhibit quite nasty banding, at all levels of zoom.
When I connect my 10bit monitor to the computer via the displayport i see no banding.

Have anyone experienced this and perhaps have a remedy?

I am enclosing a screenshot of some banding, but not sure how well it get though.

Was that a used laptop as those specs are not in the current lineup AFAIK?

It depends on the drivers. All the hardware and the Dreamcolor screen support 10-bit color. You need the official drivers from HP for your model Zbook.

Have you checked if you are running @10bit?
