I have Office Outlook 2019 on my MSI GT80. When I receive emails with multiple pictures, I have to literally open each one up to view, and then I have to close it and open up the next one. On my older Windows Live mail 2012, the viewing of multiple pictures is a simple matter, and at the bottom of the view page are arrows I can click to go to the next or previous picture. What the heck is going on? Why is Outlook 2019 positively archaic for viewing pictures?

If in fact Outlook 2019 is as bad as it appears, and no longer permits viewing pictures as a slideshow, my next question is if one can have more than one email program on a given computer. In other words, could I have Thunderbird and Outlook 2019 on my computer?

Sure, you can have as many email apps as you want so it doesn't hurt to install Thunderbird or maybe the Portable Thunderbird and place it in a safe folder, that way you can move it around to a USB stick should you need to and since it isn't your main email app, might as well just use the portable version.
