Unless they can prove you did something to void the warranty, they can't deny you repair. Only if there was a warranty sticker could you break it and void the warranty. I think MSI does that.

Fair enough, it's nice to know! - I didn't break any warranty stickers opening the case, removing the battery or SSD. There a slight scuff mark where I had difficulty removing the tray the first time around but since then it's freed up and fine.

By your definition my warranty should still be fine, thanks!

Does anyone had problem with noisy/loud GPU fan?

I recently bought UX303LB and GPU fan is active very often even when it's not really necessary. And it's on max speed when it's active (at least it sounds like that).
    For example, right now:
    - I'm just using browser
    - External GPU is not active (according to GPU-Z)
    - I navigate between pages and CPU reaches 50°C (external GPU about 42°C)
    - GPU fan become active (small one, on the left side of laptop if you looking at the screen), it's so loud and noisy!
    - GPU fan stops only when CPU reaches about 40°C (and that's not always possible, so GPU fan is active almost always)

My suspicion that this happens due to connected cooling system of GPU and CPU, but why it use GPU fan on max speed anyway? Also, it seems other people doesn't have this problem.

As I readed about this laptop, it should be pretty quite (especially without load). I bought it as new and condition of laptop was really new (there is no dust inside, case without issues, etc) though I don't really trust that seller.

Does anyone had similar problem? Maybe you have thoughts how this can be fixed?
Also, what is your typical temperature in idle or while using brower?
