I recently bought an Asus Vivobook S410UF, with the memory storage as 128 GB SSD + 1 TB HDD. Whenever I downloaded or installed files or programs, all the files will go to 128 GB SSD. But I will be running out of space soon. I already did move whatever files I can move to the 1 TB HDD. But the problem is the more programs I downloaded, the less space in 128 GB. Is there a way to share that space so that it will be put in 1 TB HDD?

The location can be changed but each software may have its own location setting. Let's take Google Chrome for example, you can check out the tutorial below to change download location.
