what was the mistake earlier? are you talking about the temp for your CPU reaching up to 90C?

It was about GPU temp. It was 5 degree higher than actual temp.

the gx701 has outstanding cooling if you asked me, i repasted with new thermal pads and conductonaut and i.e. timespy, with an overlock of the gpu of +100 / +50 and an undervolt and cores set to 4ghz on cpu i get 69 degrees on gpu max and 78 degrees on cpu max.
even without the repaste the temps were pretty acceptable, 90 degrees mentioned above are quite high, is this stock with no undervolt?

The temps above is stock setting with repaste from Hidevolution. It's only some titles give me 90 on CPU, when i run AIDA64 only stress FPU i got 3.1GHZ and 80 degrees.
If I play overwatch, the highest temp i see is only 85 and it will drop to 80 very very quick once fans start running, and cpu core clock stay at 3.8ghz at all time.

so if i let aida stesstest run for 15 minutes i get 73 Degrees max, cpu stays at 3.9ghz constantly. fans don't even ramp up a lot, using "Turbo" fan-mode but barely Hearing them.

for 3.8ghz i have it set at:
    core: -160.2
    Cache: -65.4
    System Agent: -20.5
Intel gpu & igpu unslice: -49.8

    for 3.9 i use:
    Core: -155.3
    Cache: -50.8
    rest same

i just started playing around with it, so those Settings aren't really smoothened out yet, but they work stable for me to start maxing them out :)
