On Amazon.co.uk it lists the Zephyrus S GX701 as in stock and “usually dispatched within 2 - 3 weeks”. Upon ordering it says “get it as soon as March 13”. I guess there are some delays here in EU after all, not sure about US.

As of this posting the following link has 2 in stock (2x GX701GX, 0x GX531GX):

    https://www.box.co.uk/GX701GX-EV016R-ASUS-ROG-GX701GX-EV016R_2422868.html

No idea if this is actually accurate, but they claim shipping at the 26th of February with express shipping. It is about 400-500 euro more expensive than offers in my own country though.

Regardless, I pre-ordered at Alternate so I'll still be waiting.

    EDIT:
As of this posting, in stock at ExcaliberPC

I have a question guys, I heard the new windows feature update frequently break rog laptop. Some people told me Bluetooth/wifi/some drivers failed to work after a update in the past.
So should i update to win 10 1903 on April? or I should just stick with my 1809 forever?

Well if it does break certain things on ROG laptops then there’s no reason to think that Microsoft won’t patch that imo.

An update! I just got a notification that mine is coming in tomorrow! The other Dutch webshop selling it still has it labeled as 'coming soon', so I'm glad I went with my webshop and I won't have to wait much longer.

I'll be testing it with some games, and if it's not performing well enough, I might return it in favor of one of the beefy phat laptops. (Like the new G703GX)

That’s excellent news! I hope the same will happen soon with Amazon.co.uk, from whom I ordered it a few days ago.

    Thanks!
Interesting stuff. Your 2080 Max-Q is a TU104. Have you ran any benchmarks yet?
Also, can you do a BIOS dump and send it to me?

I haven't run any benchmarks aside from just eyeballing some videogames. (Which worked fine on high settings, although FF15 showed some sub 60 drops on the ROG balanced profile, stock without any tweaks)

I'm at work at the moment and although I could, I don't want to annoy the office playing with my shiny new toy. :p When I'm at home today I'll look into running some benchmarks at stock. I'll extract the vBIOS then as well.
