    I thought the highest is 16 GB, that is what Asus website said

    Hidevolution has been offering 32GB DIMMs for a while now. They should be available for consumers soon though.

    So hidevolution will open up laptop and upgrades it? But I really just want stock memory and ssd. Since Asus optimize it.

    Asus buys a large quantity of components from various suppliers and slaps them in their computers. The only "optimal" thing about it is how to maximize their bottom line.

    HIDevolution is a premium system integrator who installs upgrade components of your choice into whatever machine you buy and tests them before shipping it out to you. Any issues that arise with those parts are handled through HIDevolution, which has excellent after-sales support, as opposed to Asus, who could charitably be described as lackluster.
