Maybe i forgot to say this, but you have to leave it for a while in the towel. We talk like a couple of hours. You don't simply wrap it in and then use it. 1 hour is bare minimum, but most do it for 3-6 hours.

If you're impatient, disassemble the whle thing, then reassemble it again. It should do the trick.

Nope, I'll try after the towel thing, thanks for the suggestion

Yeah, of course, right now the mobo is in the towel, I will wait till the thermal paste arrives at home (1-2 days)

Well looks like you disassembled it then. You removed the CMOS battery right?

    Yep

While looking at the motherboard carefully, I noticed that this "thing" is broken. I don't know what it is, it seems rubber, but maybe I am wrong. It is a different material from the VRAM that you can see in the back
It is the BACK of the mobo, so where there is the CMOS battery slot

Ok, I don't care, I use my notebook like a desktop plugged into the AC without the battery all the time

Did you assemble the whole thing yet?

Before I forget, can you make a photo of your mainboard back and front?

Right now is without any kind of thermal paste, I am waiting for Amazon for the delivery.
I prefer to put the paste before doing anything, here is the little baby

    Update:
Tried to apply new thermal paste, after leaving it for 2 days in the towel... but no sign of life. (For precaution against other static charges I used synthetic gloves)
I will try to give it to a Reparation centre, hoping for the best D:
