I did a user benchmark lastnight and every component was classified as under performing. After a few tweaks I ended up with the following results. I'm new to laptops so any help would be great.

Now my GPU is underperforming. and ive tweaked everything i could find on google. any help? can offer 10 dollar steam code to anyone who gives me a fix

I recommend looking into undervolting the gpu. I have a 1070 Max q card and they tend to power limit throttle often (even thermal throttle sometimes) so if you look up how to undervolt in msi after burner, you might be able to squeeze a little more performance out of it. Maybe even overclock the memory possibly.
