Just found that my screen refresh rate has become 75 hz. That is weird! It was at 60 before. And i don't have other refresh rate option, only 75. Due to a Geforce experience update perhaps? 'Cause i didn't do anything else before? A way to go back at 60?

EDIT: After some research, it is nvidia drivers update. Then it's ok, 75hz is fine ^^

If it works it's a bonus as 75hz will produce a smoother gaming experience.

So it was simply the tdp of the chip holding it back in their tests, that's all you can ask of a stock cpu.

Since XTU is so popular these days, I really don't understand why they don't actually use it for testing. I mean, a higher frequency and a lower TDP overall would improve the perception upon the performance of these laptops.

That being said, Have a great New Year's Eve! :)

Lowering the TDP will lower the performance further.

    Hi,

I'm currently busy purchasing a Asus ROG G751J. The one I'm purchasing doesn't come with an SSD. Will I be able to fit an 2.5" SSD into the Second HDD bay? Does the laptop come with the bay for the second hard drive, or will I have to purchase the bay separately? Does the Hard drives run at SATA 3 speeds, or SATA 6 speeds?
